2. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, booking system, or approved communication channels.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
  • Patch tests are recommended and may be required for new clients.

7. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Proper lash aftercare is essential for retention and eye health.
  • Lash to Go is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions provided.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who:

  • Displays inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior
  • Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Has a condition that makes the service unsafe to perform

9. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Expiration dates, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
